Our Partnerships

We believe that each and every local church has the duty and responsibility to hold itself accountable to the doctrines and commands of holy scripture. While it is our conviction that this responsibility falls primarily on the local congregation, we also believe that there is great good that comes from partnering together with other like-minded congregations. Through these partnership, local churches not only find encouragement and accountability, but they can do more to advance the Kingdom of God than they ever could alone. Morningview Baptist Church partners with other churches who subscribe to The Baptist Faith and Message 2000 at the local, state and national level. You can find out more about partnerships by following the links below.

The Southern Baptist Convention

The Southern Baptist Convention is one our nation’s oldest and largest associations of Evangelical Churches. The SBC has great history and unified purpose to see the whole world touched by the grace of Christ. Though we have stumbled together along the way, we are still humbled and thankful to part of such a people.

The Alabama State Board of Missions

The Alabama State Board of Missions is at work every day in our home state to bring Alabama churches and believers together to minister the love of Christ to people of our state. From disaster relief teams to campus ministries, their impact is felt statewide. Check out their site or one of their many social network feeds to find out more about how they are responding to needs and seeking to fulfill the Great Commission here in Alabama.

The Montgomery Baptist Association

The Montgomery Baptist Association of churches is a “family of families” who love our city and want to see it changed and healed by grace. We are thankful for them and encourage you to explore their site to find out more about all the way local churches in Montgomery are working together to see lives changed by the gospel.
