Astonished at His Majesty

Luke: Thy Kingdom Come

Following the transfiguration, Jesus and three of the disciples descended from Mt Miron to be met by a multitude in turmoil. Out of the crowd stepped a father who begged for Jesus to heal his demon possessed son. In His response of both rebuking the crowd and healing the boy, Jesus displayed the majesty of God on the plain just as it had been displayed on the mountain the day before.
