Message: “Christ, Betrayed With a Kiss” from Shawn Merithew

Kisses throughout Scripture are a sign of affection, a symbol of endearment, and an expression of love. Knowing this, it makes the idea of betraying someone with a kiss all the more despicable, and it is woefully despicable that the Savior of the World was betrayed with a kiss. As we explore this passage on the arrest of Jesus, we are going to see Him navigate the path to the cross with truth, compassion, and holy resolve, learning how deeply God loves even those who hate Him.
