In this Easter Sunday sermon, we explore the glory of Christ’s exaltation that followed his death and resurrection on behalf of sinners. In His glad response to His Son’s completed work of redemption, God the Father lifted Christ to the highest place of honor, bestowing upon Him all power and authority in both salvation and judgment, to elicit the humble submission of all spiritual creatures to the glory of God the Father.
