Message: “Excluded From the Kingdom” from Shawn Merithew

People fail to realize that there is an expiration date on the offer of salvation – when it comes, you don't get a second more. The same One who has opened the door of salvation and who stands with open arms saying, “Come unto me all you who are weary and heavy-laden. . .” is also the One who is going to shut the door tight. In this passage from Luke, we have Jesus speaking in very clear terms of the nature of the kingdom, the exclusivity of the Gospel, and how the first shall be last.
