Romans 3:21 is where the Apostle Paul turns a corner in his theological argument. Having set forth the doctrine of the total depravity of all men, Paul now turns to the doctrine that is at the very heart of the Christian faith: Justification by faith alone. Through the exposition of these four and a half verses, we see God’s divine solution for those who have continually sinned and fallen short of His glory.
