In the resurrection accounts, Christ's followers go from being confused and grief-stricken and wandering and hopeless to being excited and hopeful and empowered and bold. We see in them what we know to be true: the fact that our Savior died for our sins and is risen from the grave changes EVERYTHING! Luke's whole gospel builds up to this one final miracle and the whole book of Acts shows how the church was built on this truth: THE SAVIOR IS ALIVE!
